Rules: The 10 eligible houseguests are on surfboards mounted to a wall.  The HG that stays on the longest while they are rained on and the board shakes and moves in and out from the wall becomes the HOH.

Rules: Simultaneous with the HOH competition was the Have/Have-Not competition.  The first 5 houseguests to fall off their surfboards would be the Haves for the week.  As outgoing HOH, Rachel was automatically a Have for the week.

Rules: Houseguests are asked to guess how many units are in certain items based on being told how many units are in smaller versions of the same items.  After each contestant's amount is revealed, everyone has the option of either "staying" or "folding."  Folding yields no points, but allows the contestant to stay in the game.  Staying will yield a point to the contestant who is closest to the actual number, but eliminate the contestant who is furthest away.
